Playboy moved from Chicago to Los Angeles


Playboy Magazine founder Hugh Hefner takes all of the assets of the editions from Chicago to Los Angeles. Its decision multimillionaire explained that spends most of his time in California.
In the Chicago Tribune, referring to the people of the city and "real American men," Hefner posted that Playboy "couldn't be born in any other city, and we will all keep thanks to the native", according to ITAR-TASS. 
The first edition came out in 1953, and had a stunning success. At different times the School Edition covers for Elizabeth Taylor, Cindy Crawford, Pamela Anderson, Dannii Minogue. For many stars of show-business magazine became a launching pad.
